Alta "Louise" Gross

Alta “Louise” Gross, age 88, passed away on March 16, 2017. Born in Martins Ferry, Ohio, she lived in the Akron area most of her life, where she was a homemaker and a member of TOPS. Louise enjoyed going shopping in Hartville with her cousin, Lena, tending her flowers and quilting. Preceded in death by her husband, Edward G. Gross Jr., she is survived by her sons, Charles, Russell (Jodie) and David (Debbie); grandchildren, Edward Gross, Charles (Jennifer) Gross, Shaun (Cassie) Gross, William (Monica) Gross, Tina (Kevin) Krajewski, Jamie (Travis) Terrell, Tiffany and Ashley Gross; ten great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends. Friends and family will be received Monday, from 6 to 9 p.m. at Hopkins Lawver Funeral Home, 547 Canton Road (Route 91), Akron (Ellet), Ohio 44312.
