Aysel Isik, age 78, passed away on February 16, 2016.
Born in Istanbul, Turkey, she was a resident of Uniontown. Aysel enjoyed cooking, knitting and spending time with her grandchildren.
Preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, Sanal Isik; son, Bulent (Bill) Isik; and parents, Ibriham and Fatma Guvencer, she is survived by sons, Levent and Deniz Isik; grandchildren; Taylor and Aydin Isik; and brother, Fevzi Guvencer.
Friends and family will be received Friday, from 2 to 4 p.m. at Hopkins Lawver Funeral Home, 3553 Northdale Street NW, UNIONTOWN, Ohio 44685 (one block NW of the square of 619 & Cleveland Ave.) Burial will follow at Mt. Peace Cemetery in Hartville.
