Daniel "Danny" J. Rosen

Daniel J. Rosen, 49, passed away unexpectedly May 12, 2021. Born in Akron, Danny lived most of his life in Green, lately residing in Canton. He graduated from Green High School and had recently started his own pond-scaping company. He had such a creative eye and could look at a site, envision a plan, and then create it. He was dearly loved by many. Preceded in death by his father, Robert J. Rosen, and brother-in-law, Paul Matisak. He is survived by his children, Ezekiel and Kelsey Rosen, at home; his mother, Cindy Rosen; sisters, Kimberly Rosen-Matisak and Wendy Rosen; niece, Amanda (Josh) Mason and nephews, William and Robert Matisak; and great nephew and niece, Tucker and Kinsey Mason; and special friend, Barbara Carneal. Funeral service will be on Monday, 2:00 p.m. with visitation two hours prior to service; time beginning at noon, at Hopkins Lawver (Uniontown) Funeral Home, 3553 Northdale St., with Pastor Mike Castelli officiating. Due to COVID masks and social distancing will be followed. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family in care of the funeral home.
