Donald Ray "Don" Ange

June 17, 1941 - June 17, 2022

Donald Ray Ange (Don) passed away June 17, 2022 on his 81st birthday. He is survived by Jerilyn, his wife of 55 years; his sons Greg (Sheila) and Chris, and daughter Kiersten; grandchildren Tristan, Declan, Payton, Alyssa, Emma and Jonathan; siblings Mary Lou, Helen and Michael. He is reunited in Heaven with his parents Leonard and Frances, his brother Leonard and twin sister Donna. Don was a proud Marine from 1962 – 1966 and was a Vietnam Veteran. He spent his career as a Printing Pressman before enjoying his well-earned retirement after 30+ years. He was known for his sense of humor, his love of sports (especially his children’s and grandchildren’s), but mostly for his dedication to his family --- always putting their needs above his. A memorial mass will be held on Friday, June 24th at 11:00am at Nativity of the Lord Jesus Catholic Church located at 2425 Myersville Rd, Akron, OH 44312 - followed by a luncheon.
