Dorothy "Dot" L. Chambers

Dorothy L. “Dot” Chambers, age 97, passed away June 24, 2021. Born in Akron, she lived in the area for her entire life. Dot graduated from Springfield High School and retired from Goodyear. She was a member of Eastern Star, Yusef Khan Caldron, and participated in Shriner events. Dot is survived by her sister, Sally Smyers; niece, Laurann Evans; great-nieces, Anna Looney and Stephanie Evans; and many great-great nieces and nephews. A committal service will be held on Tuesday, June 29th, at 12 p.m. in the mausoleum chapel at Hillside Memorial Park, 1025 Canton Rd. Akron, OH 44312.
