Helen Braumbaugh

"Together Forever" Helen Braumbaugh passed away to her heavenly home on December 16, 2016, now with the Lord and the love of her life, Henry who she so grieved for since June 11, 2011. Mom loved her Lord Jesus Christ with all her heart and carried everything to God in prayer constantly every day of her life, praying for each family member and naming each one by name nightly. Everyone she met she shared the love of Christ with and to bring them to the Lord. It could have been O’Neil’s, Polsky’s, Acme #2, Mays Brothers, Jack Horners… Mom was a member of the 700 Club. She always fed and gave to anyone; not uncommon to press a $2.00 bill in their hand… and always ended with Love and Prayers. Preceded in death by her husband of 69 years 8 months, the love of her life, Hank Braumbaugh Sr.; grandson, Brian M. Ankrom; and brother, John Prodon. Survived by son, Henry (Lisa) Braumbaugh Jr.; daughter and caregiver, Jeanette (Richard) Ankrom; grandsons, Brett (Cheryl) Ankrom and Jake Henry Braumbaugh; great-grandchildren, Brittany, Tiffany, Ashlee and Jared Ankrom, Jessica and Dan Stowe; great-great-grandchildren, Macy and Tanner Stowe. The family would like to thank all the nurses and staff at Stow Glen for the great care and kindness shown to Mom. Special thank you to Dan and Rachel Monroe for their love and weekly visits and prayers for Mom. Friends and family will be received Tuesday, from 5 to 8 p.m. at Hopkins Lawver Funeral Home, 547 Canton Road (Route 91), Akron (Ellet), Ohio 44312.
