Miriam Sommers

July 20, 1945 — August 25, 2017

Miriam Sommers, age 72, went home to be with the Lord on August 25, 2017. Born in Canton, she lived most of her life in Hartville and was a member of Evermore Community Church. Miriam loved spending time with her grandchildren. Preceded in death by her parents, William and Emma (Stutzman) Yoder; and brother, David Yoder, she is survived by sons, Lamar (Cheryl) Sommers of Sarasota, Fla., Reagan (Joy) Sommers of Augusta, Ga. and Kerry (Faith) Sommers of Uniontown; grandchildren, Alex, Quinton, Taylor, Sierra, McKenzie, Derek, Kadin, Noah, Brady and Landon Sommers; and sisters, Mildred Miller, Eileen Yoder and Erma Hostetler. Visitation will be held Saturday, from 4 to 8 p.m., and Sunday, from 1 to 2 p.m. at Evermore Community Church, 1470 Smith Kramer Street NE, Hartville, Ohio 44632, where Funeral Service will take place Sunday at 2 p.m. Burial will follow at Evermore Church Cemetery.
