Mollie J. Cart

Mollie J. Cart, age 93, went home to be with the Lord on March 10, 2021. Born in Hanging Dog, North Carolina, she lived in Akron most of her life where she worked as a bar maid. She enjoyed playing bingo, reading, sitting at the mall to people watch, and the family dog Munchkin. Mollie is preceded in death by her parents William and Mollie Grogan; husband Eugene Cart; sisters Laura, Ann, Mary, Bessie, Kermit; and brother Charles. She is survived by her sons John Grogan and Phillip Cart; and daughter Brenda Cart. Graveside services will be held on March 12, 2021 at 10 A.M. at Hillside Memorial Park in Akron.
