Sandra Lee Green (Perri) "Ninni"

On June 11th 2016 surrounded by family and close friends Sandra joined her loving parents, Tony & Hazel Perri, A.T. and Mae Green, brothers-in-law, Joe Moran and R.C. Green and great niece, Toree Lee Poder whom we are sure came dancing to welcome her Ninni at the Gates of Heaven. (What a reunion that must have been!) Sandi met the love of her life Jerry Green at Thornton Jr. High and they married on February 24th 1968. They have one beautiful daughter, Tiffani and Dan Fultz, whom they adore. Her lap companion J.C. who was with her everyday either on her lap or lying at the foot of her bed…he will miss her dearly. As a young lady Sandi enjoyed dancing at WAKR Studios “The Hop”, leading her high school class as their Vice President, Head Majorette and also Crowner of her Homecoming Court. Sandi enjoyed taking motorcycle and beach trips, going to the casino, dancing, Motown music and watching cooking shows. Ninni had a certain “Spunk” about her. A tell it like it is kind of lady. Along with that came her kind heart. She loved her family and friends and would do anything for them. Sandra has two sisters, JoAnn Moran and Toni Marie Perri. Sandra’s sisters, as well as the couple’s best friends whom they also met at Thornton Jr. High, Linda and Russell Diehl, have been at her side offering much love and comfort. Also mourning Sandi’s passing are Susie and Tom Ellington, Don and Toni Green, Barb Green and numerous nieces and nephews. We will all certainly miss Sandra, but we know she is with family and we will see her again. Memorial service will be Thursday, 1 p.m., at Hopkins Lawver Funeral Home, 547 Canton Road (Route 91), Akron (Ellet), Ohio 44312, with Pastor Mike Shaub officiating.
