She is survived by her husband, Steven L. of Fort Wayne, Indiana; and son, Andrew (Katherine) of Reynoldsburg, Ohio.
Graveside service and burial will take place Friday, July 1, 2016, 1:30 p.m., at Sunset Hills Memory Gardens, 7920 Frank Rd., North Canton, Ohio 44720. Instead of flowers, memorials may be made to the CJD Foundation (cjdfoundation.org).
