Steven H. Stott

Steven H. Stott, age 65, passed away on September 28, 2016. Born in Akron, lived in the area all of his life and graduated from Ellet High School in 1970. Steven’s hobbies included bowling, hunting, cooking and golf. He enjoyed music, especially Pink Floyd, and loved riding his Harley and driving his ‘Vette. Preceded in death by his parents, Howard and Dorothy Stott, he is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Cora; son, Brian Stott (Lisa); daughters, Angela O’Brien (Michael) and Christina Jones; grandchildren, Brittany, Joi, Jacob, Kacie, Lynnette and Stephen; great-grandchildren, Jayla, Kiarah and Steven Jr.; brother, Michael Stott; and sister, Pamela Anderson (Wayne). Friends and family will be received Monday, from 5 to 8 p.m. at Hopkins Lawver Funeral Home, 547 Canton Road (Route 91), Akron (Ellet), Ohio 44312. Funeral service will be held Tuesday, 11 a.m. at the funeral home with Pastor Rich Hall of the Atwater Congregational Church officiating. Burial will follow at Hillside Memorial Park.
