Timothy J. Gogel

Timothy J. Gogel, Sr., age 73, passed away December 2, 2017. Born in New York City, Tim grew up on Long Island. He served in the U.S. Army and was stationed in Germany. Tim was the co-owner/operator of Frank J. Stolitzka and Son. He enjoyed golfing, going to the beach, spending time with friends, watching movies and most importantly, spending time with his family. Preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Spencer; he is survived by his wife of 50 years, Nancy; sons, Tim (Kim) and Tom; daughter, Tracy (John); grandchildren, Tessa, Tia, Talia and Adam; great grandchildren, Oliver, Tiara. Friends and family will be received Friday, from 5 to 7 p.m., and on Saturday, from 10 a.m. until 12 noon, at Hopkins Lawver Funeral Home, 3553 Northdale Street NW, UNIONTOWN, Ohio 44685 (one block NW of the square of 619 & Cleveland Ave.). Cremation will follow. A private burial will be scheduled at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery in Rittman.
