Anna Lee Alexander

Anna Lee (Short) Alexander, 77, passed away February 22, 2012 at Akron City Hospital.

Anna was born October 21, 1934 in Camden-on-Gauley, West Va. She lived in the Akron area most of her life. Anna graduated from Springfield High School in 1953, and attended the University of Akron. She retired from the First Federal Savings & Loan as an accountant/comptroller.

Preceded in death by her mother, father, brother and three sisters. She is survived by her husband, Lee Roy Alexander of Suffield; daughter, Anna Maria Alexander; and grandsons, Rexford Sherman and Omar Sherman, all of Hawaii; and several nieces and nephews.

The family will be planning a Celebration of Life memorial service to be announced at a later date.
