Bill Wright

Bill Wright, age 79, passed away suddenly on December 12, 2014.

Born in Spencer, W. Va., he lived in Lakemore most of his life. Bill was a U.S. Army veteran, and was a loving father and grandfather. He loved music, and played in The Coney Carver and The Rainbow Valley Boys Bluegrass Band for 58 years.

Preceded in death by his wife, Lilly; and son, Roger, he is survived by daughters, Lois (Jack) Weinsheimer, Shelly (Mike) Prater and Debbie (Jim) Confer; daughter-in-law, Lorain Wright; ten grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and sister, Toots Boggs.

The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at Hopkins Lawver Funeral Home, 547 Canton Road (Route 91), Akron, Ohio 44312, where funeral service will follow at 7 p.m. Memorials may be made to the family in care of the funeral home.
