Brenda K. Sohar

Brenda Kay Sohar, 82, of Green Ohio passed away peacefully in her home on December 30, 2025.

Born September 5th 1943 in Dallas West Virginia, she moved to Akron Ohio in her early years of life with her parents, where she ended up being a life long resident. She retired from Bellstores after 20 some long years, where she met and worked with some of the best people. Brenda enjoyed sewing, football, jigsaw puzzles, word books, Elvis Presley and shopping at Kohls but most importantly she loved spending time with her family and grandchildren.

Preceded in death by her husband John Sohar, Survived by her sister Barbara Barnes.

Brenda leaves behind four children, Craig Sohar, John Sohar, Jill Roberts; husband, Ralph Roberts and Ryan Sohar; Leslie Lambert. Six grandchildren, Logan Roberts; wife, Lindsay Roberts, Mitch Roberts, Alan Lomeli; wife, Renee Lomeli, Jordin Roberts, Autumn Sohar and Brooklin Sohar. Ten great grandchildren, Trevor, Cody, Parker, Grace, Nora, Hadley, Maya, Liam, Jude and Teagan.

It goes without saying how much she will be missed. I hope all that were lucky enough to know her will always hold the special memories of her dearly in your heart.

There will be no formal services per her wishes however a celebration of life for her will be held at a later date.
