Brian B. Mitchen, age 33, passed away unexpectedly August 16, 2013.
He was born in Akron and lived life to the fullest, enjoying his family and friends. Preceded in death by his father, Michael; grandparents, Glenna and Benjamin Truax. He is survived by his mother, Patricia Mitchen; brothers, David (Angela) Mitchen, Matthew (Molly Swinderman) Mitchen, Christopher Smith; grandmother, Anne Mitchen; niece, Kayla Skeriotis.
Friends may call 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Hopkins Lawver Funeral Home, 547 Canton Road, Akron, Ohio 44312, where funeral services will be held Friday, 11 a.m. with Mr. Vernon Teagarden officiating. Burial will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery.
