Caprice D. Croce

Caprice Danielle Croce, 54, of Uniontown, Ohio, went home to be with the Lord on July 9, 2026. Born in Akron, Ohio, Caprice was a graduate of Mogadore High School and the University of Akron. She found great joy in helping others and had a caring heart that touched many lives.

Caprice cherished her faith in Jesus Christ and was passionate about sharing His love and leading others to Him. Her greatest joy was being a mother and grandmother, and she treasured every moment she spent with her children and grandchildren. She also had a special love for her dogs, who brought her endless joy and companionship. She loved gardening, spending time at the beach, making crafts, creating cherished memories with her family, gazing at the stars, and never passed up a piece of chocolate.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Peggy Croce and Joseph Croce.

She is survived by her mother, Teresa Croce; her devoted fiancé and caregiver, Jeff Christ; her son, Joseph Hicks; her daughter, Olivia (Gage) Landis; and her beloved grandchildren, Rhett Landis and Alena Landis.

Calling hours will be held at Hopkins Lawver Funeral Home on Sunday, July 19, 2026, from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. A funeral service celebrating Caprice’s life will be held at Faith Family Church on Monday, July 20, 2026, at 11:00 a.m.
