Carol Lee Grubbs, 74 years, passed away January 26, 2013.
She was born in Columbus, Ohio. Preceded in death by her husband, John “Jack”; and grandson, Timothy; she is survived by her children, John W. (Lena), Brenda (James) Yoak, Tina (Kelly) Holcomb, Timothy (Kathy), Earl, Edie and Sue Grubbs; five grandchildren and four great grandchildren; brother, Sonny (Dorothy) Ballenger; sisters, Rose (Bob) Anderson, Stella Rooker and Thelma Ballenger.
Funeral service Tuesday, 1 p.m., at Hopkins Lawver Funeral Home, 547 Canton Rd., Akron, Ohio 44312. Friends may call two hours prior to the service on Tuesday, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Burial at Hillside Memorial Park. Should friends desire, memorial donations may be made to the family in care of the funeral home.
