Charles D. Reisinger

Charles Dwight Reisinger passed away peacefully and went home to be with our Lord on May 22nd, 2025. Charles was born in Grafton Ohio on October 6th 1949 to the late Fred and Virginia Reisinger. Charles was raised on a dairy farm with his sister Lynne, and he loved sharing stories from his time on the farm.

Charles thoroughly enjoyed education, specifically history, and this passion led him to pursue a teaching degree during his college years. Although he never became an official teacher, he always had an interest in history, American government, and Geography.

Charles met Claudia Collins Reisinger at the Cuyahoga Falls Natatorium and they were married in 1984. Charles and Claudia moved to Suffield Ohio in 1986 and several years later they became parents to Charles E Reisinger.

Charles worked for Reiter dairy in Barberton Ohio. Charles took pride in his work and he rarely missed any days. He retired in 2006, after 30 years of service.

Charles is survived by his wife Claudia Reisinger, son Charles Reisinger, daughter in-law Elizabeth Reisinger, grandchildren Chase Reisinger, Charleigh Reisinger, and Alexis Mcnamee, sister Lynne Churchin and sister in law Beth Collins.

Charles cherished his family and he spent as much time with his wife, son, daughter in law and grandkids as possible. Charles was a dedicated husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend, and he will truly be missed.
