Doris J. Gasper

Doris Gasper, 91, passed away May 11, 2026.

 Born in Wheeling West Virginia, she lived in Uniontown.  She graduated from Garfield High School and retired from PNC bank after 20 plus years of service. Mom liked crocheting afghan blankets, garage sales with dad, line dancing, bingo and summer concerts.

Doris is preceded in death by her father Lee Hawkins, mother Hattie Kirkland Hawkins, brother Jimmie Hawkins and husband Jimmie Steve Gasper.

Doris is survived by son Jimmie Lee Gasper (Barbara), daughters Sherry Brewer and Lori Waite, 5 grandchildren: Brian, Brandon, Ashley, Amber, Abigail and 3 great-grandchildren: Brynnlee, Josephine and Juliette, brother Arley Hawkins and sister Lois Cassell.
