Floyd Ross “Rocky” Clites passed away 2/6/26 surrounded by the love of his family.

Rocky was a deeply devoted family man whose life centered on those he loved most. He was married to his adored wife, Louise Wissinger Clites, for 60 years, a partnership marked by devotion and enduring love.

He is survived by his wife, Louise; his sons, Dwayne and his wife Ginny, and Michael and his wife Mia; and his cherished grandchildren and great-grandchildren: Dylan; Tyler and his wife Jenna, and their children Jaxson and Scout; Kelsey and her husband Nick Wolf, and their children Jayce and Tatum; Rocky; and Samantha.

Rocky came from a family of nine siblings and is fondly remembered by Alice, Rayford, Paul, Sharon, and his many nieces and nephews, all of whom were touched by his steady presence and generous heart.

He was raised in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, where his values of family, hard work, and loyalty were firmly rooted. In 1971, he relocated to Akron, Ohio, where he continued to build a life grounded in love for family.

Rocky will be remembered for his unwavering devotion to his family and the legacy of love he leaves behind.
