Homer Ledford Jr.

Homer Ledford Jr., 91, passed away on January 28, 2026.

Born in Murphy, North Carolina, he was a resident of Springfield Township, Ohio. He retired from Goodyear Tire and Rubber after 42 years of service. He enjoyed deer hunting, often going to his hunting trailer in Coshocton. He also enjoyed fishing, camping, bowling, and spending time with his family.

Homer is survived by his wife of 70 years, Betty Ann Ledford; daughters, Brenda Goehler and Nancy (Michael) Gravesmill; grandchildren, Brittany (Kyle), Katie (David), Stephanie (Josh), Jessica (Donnie), and Brandon; great grandchildren, Greyson, Spencer, Hazel, Owen, Levi, Amelia, and Ezra.

Family and friends will be received Sunday, February 1st from 12 to 1 pm at Hopkins Lawver Funeral Home, 3553 Northdale St. NW, Uniontown, OH 44685. A family service and burial will be held privately.
