Joey DiSpina, age 21, passed away on Friday, July 12, 2024.
Born in Akron, he lived in Uniontown, Ohio. He was a student at Kent State University.
Joey is preceded in death by his father, Chris DiSpina; and grandfathers, John Frient and Ron DiSpina. He is survived by his mother, Chrissy DiSpina; brother, Vince DiSpina; and many more family and friends.
A memorial mass will be held on Wednesday, July 17, 2024 at 11:00 a.m., with 1 hour of calling prior, at St. Matthew’s Church, 2603 Benton Ave., Akron, OH 44312.
