Joseph A. Eberz

Joseph A. Eberz, 67, passed away on February 19, 2024.

A lifelong Akron resident, he graduated from Springfield High School. He was self-employed in promotional products for 37 years. Joe loved life! He enjoyed hunting, boating, traveling, his cars, and going to the cabin in Caldwell. He had the best t-shirt collection, the best jokes, and the best stories. He loved spending every second he could with his family and friends. Joe was the life of the party, always bringing a smile and a laugh to those around him. He brought people together in a way that no one else could and will be deeply missed.

Joe was preceded in death by his parents, Peter and Geraldine Eberz; brother, William Eberz; and sister, Yvonne Coleman. He is survived by his daughters, Jackie and Jennie Eberz; grandson, Robert Eberz; granddaughter, Jessica Shepherd; and brother, George Eberz. 

Family and friends will be received Sunday, March 3^rd from 1 to 3 p.m. at Hopkins Lawver Funeral Home, 547 Canton Rd. Akron, OH 44312. A memorial service will begin at 3 p.m.
