Lester W. Cutlip Sr.

Lester W. Cutlip Sr. “Tiny”, age 76, passed away on October 10, 2014.

Born in Diana, W. Va., he served in the Air Force, and was a truck driver for 36 years, retiring from Shane Trucking. Lester loved hanging out with his family and friends, and enjoyed playing cards, shooting pool and making a dollar.

Preceded in death by his wife, Charlene; brothers, Buck and Larry; and sister, Dixie. He is survived by his son, L. Wayne (Marilyn) Cutlip Jr.; grandchildren, Bobi (Christopher) Berringer and Brandon (Brittney) Cutlip; great-granddaughters, Kherington Kay and Elliott Jean Berringer; brothers, Clifton (Judy) and David Cutlip; sisters, Sharon (Dave) Cutlip-Aldeghi, Catherine Aquilante, Jill Craig, Brenda Cutlip, Lena Adorni, Barbara Exline, Caroline Thompson and Delberta “Cheda” Wyant; and many other family and friends.

The family will receive friends Tuesday from 5 to 7 p.m. at Hopkins Lawver Funeral Home, 547 Canton Road (Route 91), Akron, Ohio 44312, where funeral service will immediately follow at 7 p.m. with Rev. Harold R. Duncan officiating.
