Margaret A. (Robertson) Cleckner, age 84, passed away January 16, 2022.
Born in Akron on October 21, 1937, she graduated from Kent State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Education. She taught grade school at McEbright and volunteered at Akron City Hospital.
Margaret was preceded in death by her father, Lowell E. Robertson; mother, Dorothy M. Robertson (Climes); brother-in-law, Bruce Heisler; and grandson, Ryan Greathouse. She is survived by her husband, Dale O. Cleckner; son, Gregory (Mona) Greathouse; daughter, Elizabeth (Gaymon) Davis; stepchildren, Jeff Cleckner, Brian Cleckner, Kevin Cleckner, Vicki (Charlie) Adam; sisters, Joann Heisler, Dorothy Robertson, Vera (Randy) Lavy; as well as many nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
Per Margaret’s wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no services.
