Margaret R. "Marge" Walters

Margaret “Marge” R. Walters, 87, passed away January 2, 2013.

She was born in Kirksville, Missouri and lived most of her life in the Akron area. Marge loved covered bridges, collecting angels, sewing, listening to music, but most of all, she loved spending time with her family.

Preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, William; three sisters; and one brother. She is survived by daughters, Linda (Denny) Jones, Pat (John) Cirjak, Jan (Gary) McCollum, and Trudy Walters; seven grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; brother, Walter (Marlene) Frankford. We will all miss you. You will be forever in our hearts.

Funeral services will be held Saturday 2:00 p.m. at Hopkins Lawver Funeral Home, 547 Canton Road, Akron, Ohio 44312 with Pastor Mike Shaub officiating. Burial to follow at Greenwood Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home Saturday from 12 noon until service time.
