Mario L. Del Savio
March 3, 1931 — June 2, 2012
Mario L. Del Savio, 80, passed away June 2, 2012 after a long illness.
Born in Akron, he lived in the Suffield area for the past 40 years. Mario served in the U.S. Navy during the Korean Conflict, and was employed as a technician at Ohio Bell.
Preceded in death by his wife of 46 years, Mary in 2006, he is survived by daughter, Vanessa Del Savio of Akron; brothers, Elvin Del Savio of Cuyahoga Falls and Milton Del Savio of Akron; and sister, Madeline Horvath of Florida.
Friends may call at Hopkins Lawver Funeral Home, 547 Canton Rd., Akron 44312 from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday.
