“Together Again”
Marjorie A. “Marge” Dunlap (Steineck) passed away surrounded by her family on July 31, 2021.
Born in Akron on July 10, 1932, she was a lifelong resident of the area. She was a homemaker and dedicated her time to raising and taking care of her family.
Marge was preceded in death by her parents, Paul and Mildred Steineck; her loving husband of 60 years, Ray Dunlap; brother Dave Steineck; and sister, Kay Steineck. She is survived by her daughters, Lisa (Doug) Smith and Cathy (Tom) Lamp; five grandchildren whom she loved dearly, Zach (Joy) Robinson, Jessi (Drew) Fernandez, Dan Grable, Tom Eberz, and Heather (Joe) Watson; six great-grandchildren, Wyatt and Reid Fernandez, Adam Grable and his sister Ava Nelson, Mackenzie and Harley Rose Watson; niece Robin Pharr, as well as many other nieces and nephews. She also loved the time she spent with the ladies of “the Cove.”
Friends and family will be received Friday, August 6th, from 12 to 1 p.m. at the Hopkins Lawver UNIONTOWN Funeral Home, 3553 Northdale Street NW (one block NW of the square of 619 & Cleveland Avenue), Uniontown, Ohio 44685. A funeral service officiated by Chaplain John Diller will be held immediately following at 1 p.m. Burial will follow at Hillside Memorial Park in Akron.
