Nicole Lynn Head, 35, passed away suddenly on May 21, 2014.
Preceded in death by her mother, Pamela Nicholson; she is survived by father, James Head; sons, Christopher and Quinn; brother, Jay Head. Graveside services and burial will be held Wednesday, 10 a.m. at Greenlawn Memorial Park in Akron.
There will be no visitation.
