Sunday night, after a brief battle with cancer, Richard Phelps went home in the arms of his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. He is survived by Cynthia, his Wife of 53 years, their 2 Children, and 7 Grandchildren. In lieu of a memorial service, Richard would want you to take a walk in the park with people you love and enjoy the beautiful world that God made for you to experience.
