Ronald Gail Williams passed away in the comfort of his home surrounded by his loving family on July 9, 2023.

Ronald was born in Tunnelton, West Virginia on February 21, 1939, the son of the late Gail and Ethel Marie (Mitter) Williams. He graduated from Tunnelton High School in 1958.

Ronald owned and operated Ron’s Garage in Brimfield Township until his retirement in 2004. Ronald worked alongside his wife, Dorothy and son, Kevin for 36 years.

He loved animals, especially his beagles. He raised many litters of beagles with the help of his three grandchildren. Ronald also enjoyed old cars. Ronald was a loving husband, father, and Pap. He had a mischievous streak and a twinkle in his eye.

In addition to his parents Ronald was preceded in death by his loving wife Dorothy Louise (Barlow) Williams to whom he was married for 59 years; mother and father-in-law Helen and Henry Barlow; sisters Janie (John) Stevenson, Cleo (Jim) Dunham, Waneta (Don) Ridenour, and one at infancy, Theo Williams; brothers Charles (Faye) Williams, Richard Williams, Clyde (Anna) Williams, and Jennings Forman.

Ronald is survived by his sons Kevin (Bo) Williams and Gail (Brenda) Williams; daughter Sue (Allen) Houston; grandchildren Shannon Honeycutt, Kole Williams, and Kent Williams and great-granddaughter Oakleigh Williams. He is also survived by sister, Vivian Long of Ohio; brothers Ray (Janet) Williams, Lloyd (Christine) Williams, Raymond (Judy) Williams, and Willard (Dot) Williams all of West Virginia; many nieces and nephews and special friend, Mike Fernella.
