Royle F. Corrigan Jr.

Royle F. Corrigan Jr., 93, went home to be with the Lord on August 13, 2026.

Born in Akron, Ohio to the late Royle and Florence Corrigan, he was a longtime resident of Uniontown. He graduated from East High School and married his wife Geneva on March 28, 1953. He was drafted into the United States Army where he spent two years in Kentucky. Royle started working in the mailroom at Goodyear Tire Company in 1950 and worked his way up to Race Tires Compound Engineer, retiring in 1987. His hobbies included woodworking and remote control airplanes.

Royle was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 71 years, Geneva; parents; brother, William. He is survived by his children, William (Lori), Sheryl, Kenneth, Kevin (Coreen); 13 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will be received Thursday, August 20th from 11am to 1pm at Hopkins Lawver Funeral Home, 3553 Northdale St. NW, Uniontown, OH 44685. Funeral service will begin at 1pm with burial to follow at Greenlawn Uniontown Cemetery.
