Sandy (Meyer) Gallagher

Sandy (Meyer) Gallagher, 81, passed away May 15, 2023.

Born in Akron, Sandy was a long-time resident of Jackson Township and Hartville. She worked at Ben Franklin then at Pat Catans. Twenty-five years to the day, Sandy has reunited in Heaven with her lifetime love Charles L. Gallagher and her grandson Adam Gallagher.

She is survived by her four children, Paul (Patty) Gallagher, Laura (John) Marchand, Tracy (Bruce) Vetter and Daivd Gallagher, 11 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, three sisters, and a brother.

There will be no calling hours. The family will be holding a private graveside service through Hopkins Lawver Funeral Home in Akron, Ohio. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Aultman Compassionate Care Center, 2821 Woodlawn Ave. NW Canton, OH 44708.
