Texie Lee Perkins, 80, of Uniontown, Ohio, went to Heaven on September 7, 2026.

She was preceded in death by her loving parents, Gleana and Earl Koon, and her daughter, Robin. She is survived by her devoted husband of 62 years, Charles Perkins; her son, Robert (Kelly); and her grandchild, Juliana.

Texie will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by her family and many friends. Her creativity, kindness, and the many beautiful memories she created will remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.

A private family service will be held at Hopkins Lawver Funeral Home, with her final resting place at Western Reserve National Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her honor to the Alzheimer’s Association.
